Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: SportMusic.com affiliate program is open to individuals and businesses with an active website or social media presence. Applicants must be 18 years or older to participate.
2. Promotion of Products: Affiliates are allowed to promote our music services using their unique affiliate link on social media, website or blog. Affiliates must refrain from promoting our services in a way that may be deemed harmful or inappropriate.
3. Commission: Affiliates earn commission on sales made through their unique affiliate link. The commission percentage will be communicated to the affiliate upon acceptance into the program.
4. Tracking: We use cookies to track affiliate referrals and ensure that commissions are properly credited. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their unique affiliate link is properly formatted and tracked.
5. Payment: Payments will only be made for sales after the order(s) are completed and fulfilled. Affiliate Program offers accurate tracking of referrals and sales, as well as timely payments of commissions through our easy-to-use affiliate dashboard. When the order status will be marked “Completed”, you payment will be sent automatically.
6. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to: violation of our terms and conditions, inappropriate promotion, misleading, false or fraudulent activity. Affiliates can also terminate the relationship at any time by notifying SportMusic.com by email.
7. The following forms of promotion made by affiliate must be approved by email: Contextual advertising, Doorway traffic, Email marketing, Push notifications, Teaser advertisement, Motivated traffic.
8. Intellectual Property: SportMusic.com retains all rights to its intellectual property including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and branding. Affiliates are prohibited from using the SportMusic.com intellectual property without express written permission.
9. Liability: SportMusic.com is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by affiliates or their customers as a result of participating in the affiliate program. Affiliates participate in the program at their own risk.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: SportMusic.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to regularly check for updates and changes to the program.
11. Privacy: Any personal data collected through the affiliate program will be used solely for the purpose of administering the program and will be handled in accordance with SportMusic.com privacy policy.

By participating in the affiliate program, affiliates agree to these terms and conditions.

For US affiliates: If your earnings approach $600 in any calendar year, you will be asked to provide your address and TIN or Social Security number as required by the IRS 1099 reporting.
