When a young skater is reaching a certain level of skating technique, a very basic level, actually, the next step is to perform elements with music. At all stages of athlete’s growth, music selection is very important. Especially so with the first choice of music. It must chart the individuality of skater’s character, technical ability, esthetical level and coordination.
At SportMusic.com we analyze hundreds of programs we had made and watched countless children’s competitions in different countries. We created this album with Ready-To-Use music programs from 1:38 to 1:40 timing range, maximizing time allowed by figure skating rules.
In this album you will find a variety of music genres, styles, tempos and rhythms. Clear musical form and simple melody line of each program should help skaters combine their individual technical skills with choreographic movements, and express their artistic ability. Out of 20 programs published in this album you can find the one to best match your young skater.
