Music Licence

1. License for Music Edited via Custom Music Editing Service
All music you/ “Purchaser” obtained from SportMusic.com and edited using the Custom Music Editing service will be provided with a music license at no additional cost. Duration of license is one (1) year from the date of issue. License territory: world.

2. License for Externally Edited Music
Any music purchased from SportMusic.com but edited using third-party services or software will require a separate music license to be purchased for a fee of $50 per track. Duration of license is one (1) year from the date of issue. License territory: world.

3. Unauthorized Music Use
Users must ensure compliance with SportMusic.com music licensing policy. Unauthorized use of music without an appropriate license may result in legal action and termination of access to SportMusic.com service(s).

4. Music License Information for Event Organizers and Performance Venues

Purchaser is responsible for presenting SportMusic.com license information to competitions organizers and to performance venue(s).
